He also got into arguments and lost his temper frequently, when discussing business plans with his son, who is working with him in a family-owned business.
Upon reaching home, he did a self-reflection and glanced through her daughter’s plaque which recognized her achievements in the arts.

He changed his mind and gave his blessings to her by sending her a SMS.
This brought about a new perspective in him and allowed him to resolve his differences with his employee.
