Adrienne quit a successful legal career in an international law firm to become an actress. She secured the role of Dr Heidi Low, in “Kin”, the long-running Channel 5 television series, in her first audition. She is a versatile actress and plays screen ages rom 40s to 60s. She is able to do emotional crying roles and comical roles. She is fluent in English, and can also do roles which requires Singlish. She is also able to take on roles which requires mandarin.

She has also been cast in several drama series, short films and advertisements. She had the following supporting roles:
- Head Servant in Sister of the Night (production by Ochre Pictures for Mediacorp)
- Madam Poon (rich client of lead actress) in Lion Mums 4 (production by Ochre Pictures for Mediacorp)
- Mother of the lead actress in 128 Circle (production by Weiyu Films for Mediacorp)
- Dr Heidi Low in Kin (Mediacorp production)
- Minister of Defence in the movie Ah Girls Go Army (J Teams Production)
- Mother of the lead actresses in Wedding Pigs (a J Teams Production mini series for Vidsee)

Adrienne has also appeared in corporate videos, print advertisements and numerous student productions.
