We at 99.co are planning for the production of a web video series riding on the recent hot topic of whether owners can save money and do a good job selling their own house without an agent.

The web video series produced by us will be broadcasted on Youtube, Insta and Tiktok, and boosted through our direct user traffic, email, social media networks and marketing investments. AKA so it''s going to be quite well viewed.

Each episode is layered with a new unit being taken to market and highlights the different approach by owners selling their own HDB vs the real estate agent selling the same HDB unit. This would be a competitive process to see who can get the unit sold faster. Educational tidbits will be peppered through the episode as useful tips for HDB buyers and sellers.

You don''t have to be committed to actually sell your flat of course, but should be at least open to it if the price is right. (In our experience, almost all owners are always open to selling for the right price anyway)

Think Million Dollar Listing / Selling Sunset / Owning Manhattan but for HDB.

If the web series does well, we have potential discussions with mediacorp or netflix to scale up production for a future series.
