A styled kitchen space is needed for shooting a TV commercial (TVC) and TikToks. The options for locations include:

1. HDB: 5-room, preferably with a kitchen island.

2. Landed Property: Must have a tall ceiling to accommodate gaffer and a spacious kitchen for approximately 6 people at a time. A kitchen island is preferred.

3. Studio Space: Budget up to $150/hr (negotiable) and preferably with a kitchen island.

Style Requirements: Bright and light wood, leaning towards a minimalist style (see examples in attached photos).

Shooting Details:

- Shoot area includes living room, dining area, and kitchen.

- Minimum shoot duration of 9 hours.

- Shoot day and recce dates are to be confirmed.
