You’ll play a quick-witted host challenging a property agent to sell a house in 30 seconds based on one photo. Role requires on-camera presence, sharp delivery, and comfort with light banter and reaction acting.

Talent Requirements:
- Male or Female, age 35–45
- Confident, charismatic, and engaging on camera
- Able to improvise and react naturally during unscripted moments
