Job Description:
You’ll act as a casual, relatable homeowner narrating your property-selling journey with Ohmyhome in a confessional UGC-style skit. Light acting and voiceover required. The tone is natural, conversational, and Singaporean-local.

Talent Requirements:
- Ethnicity: Chinese
- Male or Female, age 35–40
- Friendly, expressive, and confident on camera
- Able to deliver VO-style lines with a relaxed, authentic vibe
- Prior UGC or lifestyle content experience is a plus
