Logline: A young boy defies his mother’s faith in spiritual healing to save his dying sister, only to discover how far love can go before it breaks.

- Stressed, stubborn, loving
- Must be be able to speak mandarin and Dialect

Hao:
- Screen Age: 15
- Caring, brave, emotional
- Must be able to speak mandarin

MEI
- Screen Age: 10
- Sweet, weak, innocent
- Must be able to speak mandarin
- Must be comfortable acting weak/sick and with light physical scenes (e.g. fainting, crying).

Medium:
- Screen Age: 50s
- Serious, calm, scary
- Must be able to speak Dialect
- Must be comfortable dealing with incense and offerings.
