Look & Physical Profile: Naturally active and healthy-looking. He should look like someone who casually plays sports, works out occasionally, or generally maintains an active lifestyle. Not ripped or heavily muscular, but also not skinny or frail – a relatable, believable Singaporean pre-enlistee at the start of his training journey. Should appear grounded, capable, and someone the average youth can realistically identify with.

Skills & Performance Requirements: Talent must be physically competent and comfortable with (or able to convincingly mimic):

- Running
- Basic gym exercises
- Swimming
- Handling a simulated weapon with focus

A positive and coachable attitude is important, as the role includes physical actions guided by trainers and instructors.
