PAID: Casting call for a short film 'Asam Pedas Ikan Salmon'

Men and women 24 - 60 Years old, All regions

A comedy-drama of an old-fashioned Makcik who must separate her son from his unlikely lover, only to be reunited by a family recipe.

This short film is of about 15-30 minutes and will be conversed in Malay and English.

LOOKING FOR:
Main roles:
1. Malay Makcik (50-60 years old)
2. American Female (Mid 20-30 years old)
3. Malay Male (Mid 20-30 years old)

Supporting roles:
1. Chinese aunty (45-60 years old)
2. Indian aunty (45-60 years old)
3. Malay pakcik (50-60 years old)

Looking for lively/vibrant, expressive and charismatic characters.

This student short film project has been one of the selected films to be screened at Singapore Discovery Centre in 2016. So grab your chance to be featured on a big screen!

Filming dates are tentatively between 8-12 December, EXCLUDING pickups and reshoot in January. Casting dates are currently on-going.
