Requirements:
- Male and female, any age, any race, that lost their license due to demerit points (now or in the past), preferably currently (or soon to be) passing the driving test again
- Male and female, 65 to 80 years old, any race, who lost their license due to age-related medical reasons, must have been denied renewal as they didn't pass the medical checkup
- Male or female, a resident of 'Reignwood Hamilton Scotts' (the building with the 'en-suite' supercars parking)
