Fitness Model for a Fitness Photo/Video Shoot

Project Type: This is going to be a very casual, easy photo and video shoot, just demonstrating simple exercises with light dumbells or body weight. I will be taking them through the exercises in a casual large living room setting, playing the role of the "instructor" to demonstrate exercises for some of my holistic health clients, over video. Maximum one to two video cameras, that type of thing, preferably natural light and we'll find a condo to shoot it in on a high floor.

Specifications:

- Female, but we are considering male too, as most of the clients are females. Their bodies move differently and range of motion is different for certain stretches.

- Body: Trim enough for tights/shorts/sports bra/top/singlet/etc to be worn comfortably and in a body hugging fashion, so clients can understand the ins and outs of posture as we move through the exercises and demonstrate what is the intended form for that exercise and what isn't.

- Best if you are toned, as we will be zooming in on joints like ankles, knees, abs, shoulders, wrists etc to explain how the body works for beginner clients.

- Exercise/Stretching Knowledge: The more the better, but don't stress, I'm here. I will literally spoonfeed you the exercises like an instructor coaching a beginner.

- Has to be based in Singapore.

- Strength: Some ab strength required to be able to pull off the moves for mid section so it's best if you already exercise and are not a total newbie to exercise.

Please send in your recent photos in fitness attire, no shoes or socks. Hair neatly tied please. Makeup optional.

- Stand like a starfish (feet apart wide, and hands held horizontally out, parallel to the ground) so we can guage how toned you are around the joints, we need this to explain body anatomy to the clients, like tendons and ligaments etc.

- If you are wearing tights, please make sure the background behind you is contrasting in colour so we can see your body shape accurately. Best would be shorts (half thigh) and whatever works well for your body type on top, abs showing preferred.

- Sent front, back and side shots. For the side shots, place your arms in front of you, but still parallel to the floor.

- Do not, send in nude photos, we will not work with you if you do, no matter how suitable you are for the role based on fitness.

- Do not perform beauty/seductive poses in the photos. This is not an Instagram beauty contest, they are holistic health and wellness coaching videos.

- This is not a casting to pick the most attractive person however that's always a plus for brand building. If you inspire other women and men to want to look healthy and well then that's a plus in our book. We're all about inspiring people.
