- Character Profile: Alison is an ambitious young girl with a good head on her shoulders. Her youthful stubbornness often informs her independence. At a young age, she knows what she wants.

2. Nathan

- Boy

- Screen Age: 11 - 13 years old

- Character Profile: Nathan is an oblivious, often naive boy. He is the captain of mischief in the family, and often gets away with trouble. He is his sister's closest confidant.

3. Mum

- Female

- Screen Age: 35 - 45 years old

- Character Profile: A single mother of two children, works hard to make ends meet. She only wants what's best for her children and often her good intentions are misplaced. Despite that, she tries to understand her children.
