Project Type: We are from Singapore Polytechnic's School of Media, Arts and Design (Story & Content Creation), and we are looking for 2 actresses for our film.

- Race: Malay

- Height: 172 - 176cm (with or without heels)

- Traits: Empathetic, Nice, always lends a listening ear

- Situation: Previously from marketing. Well-liked by everyone. Ms nice-gal of the company and tries to be everyone’s shoulder to cry on. Often has to fight fire because there isn't any real structured HR programs. Ends up having to listen to staff complains, and has to frequently appease staff so they don’t quit. She is ironically losing her joy for work.

- Female

- Age: 40+ to 50+ y/o

- Race: Chinese

- Height: 172 - 176cm (with or without heels)

- Traits: Efficient & doesn't want to waste time, unhappy/borderline grumpy

- Situation: Has many things on her plate- besides managing her team projects. Because of her busy work schedule, she feels she cannot afford to attend the training programmes. She is worried it will affect her KPI or work performance appraisal. she is thinking it’s better to just quit and start another job position elsewhere, where expectations to learn are not so high.
