And So Forth, Singapore’s first experiential dining theatre company, returns with a whimsical, heady adaptation of Goh Poh Seng’s seminal novel, If We Dream Too Long. Set in the late 1960s, they bring to life the story of Kwang Meng, a young clerk with big dreams, as they navigate together through bars, cafes, hi-rise HDB living and finally, to the biggest day of his life.

Cast needed:
1) Kwang Meng (1.7-1.75m)- Lead Role
Chinese male, age between 25-30. Clerk at a shipping firm. Built- Skinny

2) Lucy (1.65-1.7m)
Chinese female, Age between 22-28. Tiger bargirl at Paradise Bar. Tall, thin.

3) Hock Lai (1.7-1.8m)
Chinese male, age between 25-30. Insurance salesman. A little big, booming voice.

4) Anne (1.55-1.65m)
Chinese/Eurasian female, age between 23-28. Slight, petite and nerdy. Trainee teacher.

5) Meng’s father (1.65-1.7m)
Chinese male, age between 50-65. Slightly paunchy.

6) Meng’s mother (1.55-1.65m)
Chinese female, age between 45-55. Bubbly
