Ngui Jia Yang career as a singer has seen him perform as a soloist in concerts, music productions and operas in Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. He is currently taking his last semester of Bachelor’s Degree in Music from The National Academy of Arts Culture and Heritage (ASWARA), Malaysia.
Mr. Ngui has many years of teaching experience, both in Malaysia and Taiwan, having taught and worked with students in both one-on-one as well as group settings. Career highlights include performing at the National Concert Hall (Taiwan), Istana Budaya, KLPAC, MPO (Malaysia), and Esplanade (Singapore).
During his study in ASWARA, he became the assistant conductor of ASWARA Chamber Choir and ASWARA Concert Choir. He had experience conducting choir lessons and performances as well as various opera productions including Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, Verdi's La traviata and Bizet's Carmen.
Jia Yang currently serves on the faculty of Aureus Academy as a Voice, Piano, and Guitar Teacher.
