I started dancing at the age of 3, I started off with ballet and moved on to Chinese dance, Indian dance, Salsa, and most recently, I picked up K-pop dance. Performing is my passion, whenever my school, club, or church holds a performance, I would definitely put my name down to sign up to audition. I enjoy the whole process of performing. It excites me to go to practices then rehearsals, then get my makeup and costume done, and finally showcase my art in front of thousands of people, and after that being rewarded with amazed faces and hearing the thunderous claps and cheers! Most recently, I was involved in a Christmas play and we performed the nativity scene in public in various malls in 8 shows throughout the month of December. While I have only been involved in live performances, I would be very thrilled to be casted in a film project if the opportunity comes
In my spare time, I enjoy learning K-pop choreographies and filming dance covers. My favorite dances are from ITZY and Blackpink. I have been a fan of K-pop since I was 11 (Shinee, Super Junior, Girls Generation Era), and I would remember their choreographies to dance for fun. But during the Covid lockdown period, I was stuck at home and had a lot more free time to spare, so I wanted to try something new and decided to properly learn the choreographies and film them down and post them online!
Recently when I watched the Frozen Musical, I felt so envious of the cast who were able to do what I loved for a living. Since then I was highly influenced to turn my passion for dancing/acting into a career and join the entertainment industry!
