Charlene Kiew is a Singapore-based actor with experience across television, digital platforms, and independent films. She has appeared in Mediacorp productions, including the long-running series Tanglin where she played Xiao Wei, along with roles in multiple student films and online projects.
She was also previously a regular cast member in Night Owl Cinematics’ skit-based productions, gaining extensive experience performing in comedic and character-led scenes for large digital audiences. This work strengthened her adaptability on fast-turnaround sets and her ability to deliver clear, engaging performances across a variety of roles.
Charlene began acting at a young age with formal drama training at the GCE ‘O’ Level and continues to build range through both comedic and dramatic projects. She is comfortable on set, easy to direct, and adapts well to different production styles—from broadcast television to independent short films.
While she has additional experience as a livestream presenter and event host, her main focus is screen acting and pursuing more substantial narrative roles. She brings a grounded presence, authentic emotional delivery, and strong collaborative instincts with cast and crew.
Outside of acting, Charlene is musically trained (piano, guitar, saxophone, clarinet) and fluent in English and Mandarin. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from RMIT and continues to create lifestyle content online.
She is currently seeking opportunities in television, film, and digital storytelling that allow her to deepen her craft and explore more complex characters.
